I finished Olivia's little mittens and yes they are with out a thumb hole. I just need to chain a long string to connect them and I'm done. I also made Lane his. I still need to finish the other one. They love them. Olivia kept hers on for quite a while in the house. I think I might try doing a thumb when I do Eliza's and next I want to learn how to do a hat. We shall see! We had quilting class last night and the sad thing is that I only had time to cut everything out! Didn't sew a thing!!! Oh well maybe tonight I'll get motivated to sew! I still need to finish up last weeks too. However my house is picked up. I need to do a load of dishes and about 2 load of laundry and folding of course but I can see the floors and they're vacuumed and the table is clean with a table cloth too! That's unusual for me. The kids never keep them on very long but we'll see how long it lasts this time.

My mom keeps a piece of clear vinyl over her pretty table cloth so she can just wipe up spills. I've always intended to do it, but my table is HUGE. I don't think they make it wide enough to cover mine with one width.
