♥ Little Mittens...

I finished Olivia's little mittens and yes they are with out a thumb hole. I just need to chain a long string to connect them and I'm done. I also made Lane his. I still need to finish the other one. They love them. Olivia kept hers on for quite a while in the house. I think I might try doing a thumb when I do Eliza's and next I want to learn how to do a hat. We shall see!
We had quilting class last night and the sad thing is that I only had time to cut everything out! Didn't sew a thing!!! Oh well maybe tonight I'll get motivated to sew! I still need to finish up last weeks too. However my house is picked up. I need to do a load of dishes and about 2 load of laundry and folding of course but I can see the floors and they're vacuumed and the table is clean with a table cloth too! That's unusual for me. The kids never keep them on very long but we'll see how long it lasts this time.

So cute! I need to learn how to knit. Sorry I didn't make it over. I may have to re-schedule for another time because I have to take Natalia to dance and go to the store by that time it will be dinner so anyway I will give you a call and we shall see when the best time will be! Thanks a ton!

What a talent! Knitting always looks like it's so relaxing--I really should learn. Olivia will love wearing those knowing her Mom made them for her with love!

Woohoo, I am impressed!

My mom keeps a piece of clear vinyl over her pretty table cloth so she can just wipe up spills. I've always intended to do it, but my table is HUGE. I don't think they make it wide enough to cover mine with one width.

Great mittens!

Sorry for the lame comment I'm about to leave:

If you tried to add me to Google Blog Reader yesterday, there was a problem with it... my site should link up to your reader now!

Those are GREAT!! They don't look homemade at all (well except for the fact of no thumbs). You did a great job!!

I am so impressed with your mittens! Way to go!
I'm also impressed with your clean house! How did you do it? I mean really, my house looks like a bomb went off in it & I just cleaned it! How do they mess it up so fast?
