I tried a new recipe tonight that I got from a recipe exchange. The kids all loved it. I thought it was good and Joe was surprised that it was good. He didn't think it sounded very good at all. Lane had 3rd's and all of the other kids had 2nd's so I think it was a hit. It was really simple to make and didn't take to long to cook either. This is the recipe that I received.
I had to bake mine for a little bit longer but it was yummy. Here's a picture of mine.

That sounds easy enough. I found a pizza roll up recipe that's very easy from Kraft foods.
1 roll pizza dough
1 bag mozzarella cheese
1 jar pizza sauce
Pepperoni optional
Unroll pizza dough, dump bag of cheese on dough. If your using pepperoni, place pepperoni on top of cheese. Roll into a log, seal edges and bake according to directions on dough package. Microwave pizza sauce. Cut pizza roll into pieces dunk in warm pizza sauce.
I've also made this with ham and cheese, and turkey and cheese. Just no pizza sauce with those. You could probably dip in ranch if you wanted.

I haven't downloaded any of mine yet but I guess I should, that's one my kids would like. I love fast and easy dinners, especially on Monday nights!
