I can't remember if I told you I like the new header to your blog. How did you get it? I'm trying to be creative and make a new one for mine, but it ends up looking dorky.

And I was going to ask you how do you get your back ground to change do you have a program? Or do you know html code? I have a digi scrapbook page that I really like but don't know how to get it on my blog...
