♥ Eye Doctor & Last Nights Dinner...

I know these are the cruddiest pictures ever but I forgot my camera and so these are from my phone which is "OLD" in technology time. I only got one photo of Eliza in the chair. By the time I even thought to take pictures she was almost done. The twins had such a blast. It was basically playing for them. They got to match shapes and stuff like that.

The patch is oh so attractive! They were testing each indivual eye...

Olivia didn't want to be left out!

This Livvy playing, laying on the chair and Eliza doing the say just below.

Lane & Eliza did great for their exams. However Eliza didn't like NOT getting into stuff. Which was driving me crazy. I even bribed her with gum. It worked for a little while... Livvy wanted to get in the chair and was disappointed that her turn wasn't going to be today. She gets to go with Joe on Monday.

Last night I made Sour Cream Enchiladas another recipe of Kelli! It was so yummy!

Sour Cream Enchiladas

2 cans Creamy Chicken Soup
1 pt Sour Cream
1 lb. Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 Sm Onion chopped
1 (4 oz) Can chopped Grn Chilies
1 (4 oz) Can sliced Olives
2 Cups Cooked Cutup Chicken
8-10 Flour Tortillas

Combined all ingredients in large bowl (except the tortillas) Set aside a small bowl of mixture. Spoon 2 tbsp mixture into a flour tortillas & roll then place into 9X13 pan. Cover the tortillas with the small bowl of mixture and top with additional cheese and salsa. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.

Wow, dinner looks great! I'll have to try that. My husband won't eat cream of anything soup, cheese or sour cream but I could probably make some revisions - picky! Also, I can't tell any one of your kids apart! Well with the exception of Lane obviously. But your girls really look a lot alike and your son even resembles them too. CUTE! I'm sure as I see them more, it'll click.

I got a new cook book today in the mail. I ordered it off of http://www.myfamilymealplanner.com/ I looked over the recipes before and it looked like something we would eat. They have 4 meals(full meals) planned for each week of the year. Then you add in your own favorites and you spend less time out to dinner or fast food. And for me, I dont have to think of what to cook. And like alot of recipe books, who eats most of that stuff. This also has alot of stuff you already have in your pantry. So excited. Will keep you posted. Glad you liked the encheiladas. Kelli
