♥ Beatuiful Pictures

I got this email today from my SIL and thought I'd share. I love these pictures! They were in our back yard growing up and I've never seen pictures this great!

The yellow balloon to the right of the WWJD balloon is the one that took the pictures!

Balloon's Over Bend Event

North Twin Lake near LaPine , Oregon

Smith Rock near Redmond, Oregon. We've hiked Smith Rocks several times! There is one part called Death Stairs and let me tell you they are DEATH!

Tumalo Falls near Bend, Oregon

Mt. Bachelor near Bend, Oregon with snow. They have a skating rink up here. We loved going there but I seriously SUCK at ice skating! And I'm prone to breaking body parts so I opted out of skiing!

This is also Mt. Bachelor but in the summer time.

Lava Butte near Bend, Oregon

 Painted Hills, near Mitchell, Oregon

Paulina and East Lakes near LaPine, Oregon

Fort Rock, We had friends that lived out here and had an alfalfa farm when we lived in La Pine.

Mt. Jefferson near Sisters and Madras, Oregon

Alkali Lake near Christmas Valley, Oregon

Alvord Desert near Steens Mtn. - Oregon

Wild Horses near the Alvord Desert, Oregon

OK Melissa. Guess who this is. Well, first of all I've got to tell you your pix of central oregon made me pretty homesick. I remember cross country skiing with you and the Bury girls one cold snowy day at Swampy lakes. So, who am I? You know your Dad and I did some camping together with the scouts. I used to kid him about the Bright yellow paint on his house - was a homing beacon for incoming flights. OK. I live in Winlock, WA. I'm going to be the grandpa of Heather Jemmett's daughter. Yes, you're right - it's me. Geoff Bury. What a terrific family you have. Cheers.
