We took Olivia to the eye doctor. She's had one eye that turned in since she was a baby and we've taken her in twice before and the Doctor told us that it should correct itself which never happened. So now she's almost 4 and still has the problem. The doctor we took her to see today is also an eye surgeon. Turns out that she needs surgery to fix the problem. They're going to go in and fix the muscle because it's too strong and that's why it's pulling. She has great vision and doesn't need glasses or anything but with the eye pulling it can cause double vision. They had to dilate her eyes she was so cute with her big glasses on. So end of March Livvy will be going under for an out-patient surgery.
I'm not a 100% but with this picture it looks like the muscle to turn the eye inward is the one that they'll fix?

Haven't you had enough medical issues with those poor kids? Stitches, shots, cold medicine, oh my.
Oh my! You're a super trooper for dealing with all those medical issues. I'll be praying that everything goes ok in March!
Ok, excuse me for a minute....blech! Eye surgery is just GROSS. Ok, I'm done now.

I have that problem with my eyes. my left eye turned in and became a 'lazy eye', it doesn't work well. now I only see things with my right eye, the left is just an artificial that some times even make me look worse because it seems two eyes looking at different ways :P
I hope Livvy has it fixed well...
