I thought this was a good article. I've never actually been to the Bishops Storehouse there in SLC but I've heard it's huge and just seeing this bread aisle helped to put it into perspective!
My friend - who we visited in Utah - is not a Mormon, but they did buy a house there in Ogden that has 7 bedrooms and a cold room in the basement. Since she's been there she has learned to garden and can from the fruit trees and berry bushes that the previous Mormon family had planted in her beautiful yard and she stores all her goodies in that great cold room in the basement. I've teased her that if anything horrible ever happens I am going to load up my family and go to Utah to live with her - because they definitely have the right idea (the Mormons and now my friend). We could all learn a thing or two!
