Red Box

Have you ever used the Red Box Video Rental? I have and I really like it. It's cheap and you don't have to talk to people to check out a movie. There are some disadvantages though, like they're out of stock on things frequently and it's only one day. Yesterday we returned the movies that we rented and this morning I found an email saying I received a late charge. Well it used to be that the turn in time was 11:59 pm. So we made sure that they were in before then. Evidently they changed the time to 7:00 pm. Lovely. I must have been oblivious because supposedly it said it on the screen when I checked them out and then I looked on the email that I had gotten when I checked the movies out on Saturday and right there on the email it said 7:00 pm... But I wasn't looking for it, I mean it's always been 11:59! Anyways the guy on the phone was very nice and gave me a coupon for a free movie. COOL!!! Especially since I was the dork that didn't pay attention. Although I firmly believe that they should have had Bright Red Letter's Blinking the NEW TIME!

We rented the movie "NEXT" with Nicolas Cage...

It was a GREAT movie. I was fully expecting to be disappointed but it was awesome... When I checked it out I couldn't remember ever seeing a preview for it... But during the movie I saw one part that clicked and I remembered seeing just the one part in a preview previously. Pretty sad. I used to have a good memory. Well I suppose I still do on things that I want to remember. The only part of the movie I didn't like was Cage's nasty hair!!! :)
