I have a really great fettuchini recipe that I got from friend when we lived in Oregon however it's still in storage so I went online trying to find one... I found this one and it's not as good as my other one but it still tasted pretty good. The chicken was yummy and juicy the sauce a little bland I had to add some garlic salt to get tasting better but other than that it was good... When I find my other recipe I'll post it!
CHICKEN ALFREDO
1 pkg fettuchini noodles8 oz. sour cream
2 c. half & half
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. pepper
Butter
2 whole boneless chicken breasts
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 c. bread crumbs
Cooking oil
Flour
Cut chicken breasts into long, thin fingers. Cover with flour, dip in egg, then cover with bread crumbs. Fry in hot oil until done. Cook fettuchini noodles as directed on package.
In large saucepan, heat half & half. Add sour cream. Make a rue with butter and flour. Add to half & half and sour cream. Cook until thickened. Add cheese and pepper to taste. Put chicken in sauce and serve over fettuchini noodles.
Lane LOVED it! He usually doesn't make a mess he's the cleanest eater out of all my kids. At least I know he likes it though! :)

ummmm that looks sooo good right now!
I love your blog for great recipes. Also, Linsey Beecher was a culinary arts major in college and says that the best site for recipes is allrecipes.com.
YUMMO!!!!!!!!!! I wonder if I can find non-dairy sour cream. Hmmm... This look SO good!
