♡ Oh what a day...

Today was okay. I've had better days that's for sure but I've also had worse! Today the 3 youngest decided that they'd get into Joe's red container of gas. Yeah they dumped it ALL out. I don't know how full it was but if I remember right it wasn't too full. Oh they tick me off.
I had told them that they could pick out their very own kind of Popsicle for a dessert tonight if they were good and played outside so that Emma & I could do more packing and they did really well for an hour or so and then went crazy!
Then Eliza decided that it would be FUN to color on my wall. One of parts that Joe's dad had touched up and then I sanded down and painted already! To say the least I wasn't pleased. So I get to do more touch ups. Not that I was done or anything but seriously...
Then we went grocery shopping. I planned out our meals for the next 2 1/2 weeks that we'll be here so I can pack EVERYTHING but what we need. It's a nice feeling to know that I have everything ready for that. Now I just need to finish up the packing. Emma and I did both bathrooms today and part of my bedroom. All I have left is the rest of the kitchen and the unfinished basement. I don't feel AS overwhelmed as I did but I still look around and it feels like I haven't done much!
I know I should be packing but I needed a break. I started this book while we were driving to my parents last week. I haven't read much of it since we got back. So tonight I had to finish it. I borrowed it and now at least I can return it and not worry about it. I loved the book. I hadn't read any of hers before and she's great. It's more on the Christian side of things but not overly preachy and it was clean! I'd recommend it and now I want to read some more of her books! However that will have to wait until we're moved... :)

those kidlets or yours. I think they must get three heads together and figure out what would be naugty and who ever draws the smallest straw has to do it. They are going to be horrible for some teacher in high school, when he/she turns her back. If any of the three are in classes together. hehe You are alot further than I would be if I had to still maintain a house that needs to eat and survive but also be packed up. I am glad you got to go read a book.

Your day sounds like mine. :)

Thanks for the book review. Have you watched or read the Love Comes SOftly series by Janette Oaks? They are awesome and sound very similar to this book.

I wish you lived close then I could come help you.
At least you have little Emma to help you.
She did a wonderful job on the hair dos.

Wow what a day. Sounds like Joe needs to send you somewhere just by yourself so you can have a break. Wouldn't that be nice!!
