Crazy...I went to Albertsons today and the checker was such a jerk. I've gotten her before and didn't like her but today she just really irritated me! I had a rain check for something but she was in a hurry and rushed through everything while I was getting my stuff out and so when she finally looked at me and I was holding the rain check for her she got all huffy and said, "Well, I need this BEFORE I start. So next time you'll need to do that." It really gets me FIRED up when people talk down to me like I'm a 2 year old plus being snotty about it in the first place!!!
What ever happened to taking care of the of the customer? How hard would it have been to just keep her big trap shut? All she had to do was void off the item and put in the right price. IT WASN'T like I'd already paid for it or anything! I was wishing I had picked a different checker, too bad she was the only one there besides the 10 items or less girl! ERRRR!!! I've really liked Albies but this one lady has me looking around when I first get there to make sure that she ISN'T there!!! errrr...
Emma was funny... When we got out to the car I said, oh that lady drives me crazy! Emma says, "Why? She was nice!" Emma didn't hear what she said but after I told Emma that she was actually very rude. Emma said, "Well, Mom you just need to forget about it! It's really not a big deal." So now that I've vented I'll take Emma's advise and GET OVER IT!!! :)

Actually this is the 2nd time if 43years that we have gotten snow here. I still think it's wrong. Where's the freaking sun? I think it's funny all us girls that live here have blogged about this freakish weather today. Oh well what else are we going to rant about here in this town?!
Sorry about the Albys lady be sure to tell me who she is so i know who to avoid the next time I go in there.

UGH! i hate rude checkers. super hate them. when i was a cashier, i discovered it's a high stress job. it was for me anyway. but still no excuse to be so rude.

Well, I know it's snowed in western MT in June, been there experienced it..... guess it could happen anywhere, huh?
So my trouble with Albertsons is that yesterday we were getting stuff for a ward service project and she was SO busy talking that she failed to scan an item and therefore we didn't get it and then after we were to our destination, we found that we didn't have it and had to go back for it! aaarrgh

I hear ya on the lack of customer service these days! You know what, I've turned into a total snot, and I have started calling managers and complaining! I know that is probably lame, but I can't handle how far out of wack customer service skills have gotten!!
