One cabinet down and a million more to go! Just to empty out and go through this cabinet it seriously took me FOREVER!!! A couple of hours like 3 or 4! What the heck!!! It kind of nice to go through everything and purge but such a lot of work!!!
At least I have evidence that SOMETHING has gotten done! Maybe I'll do the book case tonight too! We'll see...

Good Job. I know when ever I start to pack it all starts so nice and neat and purgyish, Then its crunch time and it all gets throw in boxes. Which is what is out in the gargage and I cant find my summer sheets. Well I guess thats good since its suppose to be cooler than normal June and we had our fire place on today along with all our neighbors.
I don't envy you!!! Congrats on getting that one done. You teachers gifts are so cute. How kind of you.
i know the feeling! It's worse for you bcz you have lived in that house for so long and have alot more people to pack for.

For some reason I always pack up the books first. I don't know why. And I put them in little boxes because they're so heavy.
Ugh... I need to be packing too. We put the house up for sale and we are moving across the country to kentucky. Yikes.....
I know exactly what that is like. I had the hardest time, no motivation or anything. Then it was are we taking this to my parents or are we going to put this in storage. It was a huge project and I am not looking forward to doing it again.
Oh I dread packing! I just told my hubby we're going to have to stay in this house forever, because I can't imagine packing up all the crap we have again. But it is nice to purge!

congrats on that! WOW! it takes way longer to purge and pack than just shove stuff in boxes. BUT it's way better when you move in since you don't have to purge when you unpack.

I'm so glad that you got started. Starting is the hardest part for me. Packing is such a daunting task... but organizing a long the way will be worth it.
Ugh! Good luck. Packing sucks, putting it away at the new house is almost worse. At least you have helpers. :)

good job! I know..such a chore to pack. Be sure to label really well. who knows when you'll get into those boxes again! That's what I regret. It's frustrating trying to find stuff we need when we thought they would be out of a box by now.
