♡ HODGE PODGE...

✓ FIRST, these are the cards that I got in the CKU kit! I think before I end up using them I'll ink around the edges of the cards...

✓ SECOND, a couple of days ago I made waffles for dinner and Eliza & Lane were helping me. Olivia decided that she needed to help and instead of being nice about it she shoved Eliza out of the way and knocked her arm on the waffle iron! Poor Liza. Right on the really soft part of the arm!!! This is in the morning. The night before I put some ointment on it and a band aid. Her skin is pretty sensitive and didn't like the band aid!
This is it today! The blister popped and oh it looks so painful!
✓ THIRD, my FIRST rose bud! FINALLY!!! But there is ONLY one out of all 4 rose bushes!!!
✓ FOURTH, Olivia's birthday cupcakes! I've come to terms with the fact that I suck at decorating cupcakes & that's okay!!! I didn't want to wash out the frosting pump thingy so I just added in the purple after the pink and I kind of like the rainbow effect!

Olivia licking her candles!

Olivia's birthday jammies! She's such a ham! These were my steal from walmart for 2 bucks!!!

✓ FINALLY, I'm officially the NATZ! Police for the toilet paper. I'm so sick of the little ones wasting toilet paper I'm ready to pull my hair out! I'm going to have to start rationing it out here soon! One square for you, 3 squares for you etc... ERRRR!

Love the cards! Some more great ideas for me to steal!!! Next month's theme is Manly Blank card - any ideas? (BTW, We each make 12 of the same card and then go exchange them, so we end up with 12 different cards - different theme each month).

I think the cupcakes turned out great! The multicolored swirl and bright colors are so fun!

My Dad was always the TP Enforcer. We used to get a lecture almost every FHE. One time my friends and I used a bunch of tp to TP the boy next door. Dad made me gather it all up and we had to use it in our bathroom, out of a big paperbag, for about a month. LOL! That's what I get for getting caught.

Oh poor liza, with her waffo arm. Ouch, that would hurt and probably for days.

The cupcakes are CUTE. I love the colors. Do you have a 2D tip? thats the one I use when I just want a swirl. What colors did you use, they are great.

the tp is funny. I dont know if it costs more but Bridger uses one wet one for number 2. since he is new to the whiping thing, I want clean, so he hasnt used tp yet. Kimber on the other hand who is not potty trained, likes to spin it off.gggrrrrr,

nice rose bud.

have a great weekend

Ouchie!! That's a yucky burn!!

About the TP...I read something just last night about Cottonelle having TP for kids that has puppy tracks on it to tell the kids where to tear the paper...I'll be looking for it soon...maybe it would help you, too!

Cute cards! And you cupcakes look yummy. Sorry about her arm. Yikes. Hope she's a fast healer. It looks painful. Poor thing.

Whatever, you are the craftiest gal ever...your "sucky" (your words not mine) cupcakes are super cute!

Sorry about the burn, happy about the Walmart deal, and I think that they should make TP like kleenex...one sheet at a time! I hate buying that junk, too!

Well at least you got the TP for free!!! hehehe

Poor girly girl with the burn! OUCH! I'd rather have a cut than a burn.

I love those cards!! I wish I had time to make stuff like that. I still treasure my sleep too much! The boys are getting up at night again. NOT fun!

Those cupcakes look FABULOUS!!! I cannot even make mine that great!

I know what you mean about the frosting. I like to decorate, but I hate cleaning out the bags so I often just let the colors mix. haha Alot of times it turns out kinda cool like your cupcakes. It's like you meant to do it that way. :)

That blister must have hurt! It hurts to look at. That incident reminds me of when my younger sister backed into the barbeque and burnt her leg. I was 8 yrs. old and saw the whole thing and felt like it was my fault I wasn't able react fast enough to stop her.

Love the Hodge Podge Post!
The cards are SO cute! I love them, so so cute! I love making cards like that!
So sorry about Miss Liza's poor burnt arm! How sad! I hate when things like that happen!
I love the cupcakes & I agree the rainbow effect with the purple & pink frosting looks perfect! Good Job!! If you hadn't said anything I would have thought you had done it on purpose! Good Job!!

Cute cards and cupcakes.

Ouch - that burn looks pretty bad. I hope she's better now.

The cupcakes look fine - better than I could do - and I'm certain the kids didn't care one way or the other, as long as they tasted good - and it looks like they did!

The TP thing.... I've found a blog that I love called momma findings...On there she mentioned Cottonelle TP for Kids - she said she loves it. You may want to go check that out...

We go through a lot of toilet paper, seems that I'm always having to put a fresh roll on! Kids don't care how the cupcakes look as long as they can eat them! :) That's a cool color, BTW.
