The last two days it's rained and really cooled off thank heavens. It was 109 two days ago and then today I don't think it got up to 80. Here is a picture of the rainbow. It was beautiful but unfortunately I couldn't get a very good picture!

We had our counter offer accepted for our house in Oregon. So now we just wait for the final run through and everything, like the inspections. We are really hoping that everything goes smoothly from here on out. The house was on the market for 2 days when we got our first offer. We countered on Thursday and they had until today to accept or counter again and they accepted so YAYYYYYY!!!! All of ONE FULL WEEK and it's SOLD! Barring no weirdness with the inspection!
AAAANNNDDDDDD.....
We made an offer on the yellow house. The yard is beyond lovely! They've done a ton of work downstairs and there are a couple of SMALL very small things that need finishing. I couldn't take pictures because the people were in the house. Now it's just wait and see if they accept our offer but I'm 99% sure that they're going to counter and then we'll probably have to counter one more time. Such a process!!! I'm just excited that it's all coming together and in just one weeks time!

Hi! I just found your blog because I really like the name! Anyway, I think it is a great idea to put all of your awards in a slide show! I would have never thought of that! I was thinking that maybe I could do it on a flickr, but the slide is just brilliant! Good job!
How great that your Oregon house was only on the market 2 days. Mine has been on for 4 LONG months! Good luck with the yellow house!

Yeah! Only one week on the market, that's hardly "on the market". You were meant to move, huh?
I can't believe everything went so smoothly with your house selling. You must be doing the right thing :)What a blessing.
Part of the reason your house is doing so well is because of all the work you have done! It is your reward!
