♥ The Carnival...

Gayle came to visit us up at Joe's parents house since it's WAY closer then having to go to Montana once we move there. So this was our last little adventure before we "really" move.
We took the kids to the Carnival which went really good. The kids did pretty well with listening too! Big surprise there! Thanks to Kelli for giving me a list of fun things to do when we met last week!!!
The first thing the kids did was go on the slide.
Eliza...

Lane...

Olivia...

Emma...

Then they wanted to jump!

Don't they look like they're in prison? Now if I could really keep them there for a while I might get something done... :)

Next they played some games... Lane...

Olivia...

Eliza...

All the kids won a pair of NASTY Dracula teeth, ANNOYING kazoo's (that didn't work) and CHEAPY bracelets...

Then they all got their faces painted! That is after standing in line for 10 years!

Emma...

Lane told the lady that he wanted a bunny rabbit. The looks she gave us was funny! I don't think she expected to hear that from a boy. Plus I don't think she had been asked to paint one yet because she sat there for a bit trying to think how she was going to do it! Thank heavens she made a bunny that was boyish and not a pink fluffy gay one! Sorry but it's totally what I was thinking!

Eliza told the lady that she wanted to be a princess. We didn't know what she told her so we were trying to figure it out as she put the stars all around and then the eye shadow. So Gayle finally asked her and voila she's a princess! It was so cute! Gayle took a picture of it so Eliza could see herself and Eliza saw it and was very proud and feeling quite grown up with all her "make-up"!!! Especially that beautifully, special and quite dramatic blue eye shadow!

Olivia loved Eliza's so she decided that's exactly what she wanted as well!

All the kids loving their painted faces...

So that was our FUN and EXCITING afternoon! No big catastrophes... Besides the freaking kazoos driving us batty!!! Now since they didn't get naps we get to put them to bed early and go hit some local bars for girls night! Happy Day!
(Okay if you know me at all you'll know that I'm totally and completely joking.)

I am ROTFL at the 'freaking kazoos'! LOL I hate kazoos. They should be banned completely!

Looks like they had a BLAST! Oh to be a kid again!

What a fun carnival! The slide was always my favorite! I could ride that all night. Love face painting, but hate that the lines are always soooo long. I finally bought my own so that we could do it whenever we want. Now I'm the one with the huge lines at school carnivals and Trunk or Treat.
