♥ Battle wounds...

I thought I'd post the kids battle wounds. Eliza's is finally healed. I wondered if it ever would. She kept popping it back open every time it would start to heal!
Olivia fell out side and I'm sure she had a little help. She chopped her chin on the porch and got this fun bruise.
Emma got this scrape which looked worse when it happened but not as bad as she was screaming. We thought she was half dead by the obnoxious screaming and crying that was going on!
And... there have been many more with the crazy stuff that they're up too...
At lunch the kids had fun putting their "nails" on! I think I've bought bugle's once before this and so they thought it was great fun!

Sounds like a busy and active summer. Have you found out if you are getting the house? See you this weekend?! Love ya!

Ouch!! I hope their boo-boo's heal soon.

I think that's the only real thing bugles are good for, is kids playing fingernails w/ them. HA!

Good luck on the house hunting...hope you hear some good news soon.

Love the new look, so classy! I love it when the kids cry like the have severed a limb! I always offer to chop it off,I ask them if they think it will feel better then. It usually makes them smile and quit screaming.

Oh poor kiddos.
It seems like when one gets hurt they all get hurt.
Um I think I still do that with my bugles & I'm 37 what's wrong with me?

By the way I like your new blog look.
I still haven't figured out how to use my photo shop I'm hopeless.

I was just thinking the other day about doing a post of Spencer's battle wounds. I have a good picture of when my (at the time 18 month old) nephew scratched his entire face with his finger nails when he was only 3 1/2 months old. And now that Spencer is walking he falls and gets bumps and bruises all the time - I'm hoping I don't get turned into the CPA! Loved Lane's nails by the way!

my kids would love to have such wounds, because that means they can put on a band aid :D

OUCH!!

J falls ALL THE TIME. I've stopped running and scooping him up. Now I just toss a ice pack his way.

I kid . . . sort of.

Thankfully he's a resilient little fella :) (and durable, too).

It sounds like the excitement never ends for you guys. It seems like there is always something going on. (Is that what I have to look forward to as the kids get older?) I can't believe you guys are really gone. My kids love dong the bugal thing too. (I think my older sister still does it) I will let you know when this kid gets out of me.

Lat pic is my favorite! I do carry own of my own battle wound pics around with me (weird, I know), so you never know when these may come in handy. Your kids may want them someday.

Would ya quit beatin' on your kids already? LOL.

Looks like its been a busy summer with lots of battle scars to show for it. This year at my house it seems to have been scrapes. Someone has a new scrape every day. Oy vey.
