Today was better. Much better. Not quite as much screaming and tattling etc. Which was really nice. I did kick them all out side for a couple of hours this morning before lunch/nap time. That helped a bunch, I'm convinced.
This evening we went to the fireworks show at the college. The kids had a great time. Eliza kept saying, "WOW! That was a big one" and Lane would say, "Look at that" Olivia liked them for a little while and then was tired of them and just tired in general. We got home at about 11:15 pm and the kids were in bed by 11:30. Just enough time to get them changed and tossed into bed. They were so tired. Once their heads hit the pillow I don't think it was more than 5 minutes and they were gone. I haven't heard a peep from them. I'm hoping that they'll sleep in tomorrow, but we'll see.

Yesterday we embellished Emma's flip flops and today we did Eliza's. Emma hasn't taken them off except to sleep. When Olivia can catch Eliza with hers off she snags them until Eliza throws a fit and wants them back. They're a hit. Emma had a blast helping me tie the strips on. It's so simple and so cute!!!
