We sign paper work on Friday and as long as the Sellers get their paper work back by Friday then we will have KEYS!!! Yay!!! I'll probably leave in a couple of days. Joe's doing all the leg work on the utilities and getting everything squared away for the house and all I have to do is travel a good 13 or 14 hours with 4 crazy kids that don't like to sleep in the car and tend to fight, cry and bug each other! I think he has the better end of the stick!!!
So I might be missing in action for a while. We have everything in a storage unit and we have no idea where anything is! We'll probably we sleeping on air mattresses for a while until we get things squared away! Luckily the house came with EVERYTHING... washer, dryer, fridge, freezer, stove and dishwasher!!! So we don't have to find that stuff right away and I know that stuff is in the VERY back of the storage unit since it was the first thing to come out of the U-haul! I hope to be back soon with lots of pictures of the house and yard! :) Oh yeah and a couple of weeks ago everything was completely finalized on our house in Oregon. It was so nice seeing the zero balance on our mortgage!

That's so exciting! I can't wait to see pics. I loved it when we sold our house and had that mortgage paid for a couple of weeks (and some in the bank!) before closing on our new house.
