♥ I'm Back...

We're HERE!!! AND I finally have Internet. FINALLY!!! 2 weeks is a long time. I took TONS of pictures of the house before I painted and before we moved stuff in HOWEVER I can't find the camera now. I have no clue where it is and I've looked everywhere and Joe's looked and we still can't find it. I'm guessing it's either in some box or it just grew legs and walked away. The last time I remember using it was when I took pictures of the furnace so I'd be able to ask my dad about it. Then we moved a bunch of boxes in and I can't find it now. It's driving me CRAZY!!! I'm almost ready to buy another one but Joe won't let me, yet. I have all of our pictures from the last 3 months on it also... ERRRR...
Anyway I'm loving it here it's beautiful we have an acre of land that the kids love running all around. They can ride their bikes out on the road and I don't have to stress out that they're going to get run over. My only worry is that they're going to get stuck in a mud hole (again). Yeah while we were moving stuff in Lane found a lovely mud hole and called the other kids over to it. Livvy was chicken and wouldn't get in but Eliza was all over getting muddy. Her shoes and Lanes were caked with mud. Eliza got STUCK and couldn't get out AT ALL so my nephew Justin rescued her well almost, first he fell over getting all muddy himself.
Lane found a way to get through the fence at the back of our land and was playing with the horses! Yeah he thought it would be fun to chase them! He'd run up them and then start running they'd get spooked and would start running all around him and I'm surprised he didn't get hurt. Scared me to death seeing his little body running around with those huge horses! Needless to say he was grounded to his room for the rest of the day which was only about 3 hours but I'm hoping that it was enough. It's been a week and he hasn't tried it again so I'm crossing my fingers!
We have 1/3 of our junk in storage still and I still have loads of boxes here to take care of. The kids rooms are basically done as is ours and the kitchen is done. I still need to paint the kitchen. But after painting all 3 kids rooms and the front room I was ready for a break especially since we had just painted our WHOLE house in Oregon.
Our house is out of town and our "town" is very small the biggest thing in town is the school. We do have a post office and a little mom and pap shop oh and a bar don't forget the bar! I'd be surprised if there wasn't a town in Montana that DIDN'T have a bar!!! There's also a fire station which is all volunteer. However we are only 8 miles from a "big" city which is nice. It's great to actually have STORES! In Oregon our town had Walmart and that was just about it! I'm anxious to get things finished up around the house and then WHEN and IF I find my camera I will be posting pictures!!!

Can't wait to see pictures of the house! Glad your all settled in, phew that took a while!!! Good luck keeping the kiddos out of the mud and the muck, Oh and the horses!! That's why we bought 2 truck loads of gravel for our driveway, I got sick and tired of the mud.

Glad you are back. Love your new blog look........
yup. I hate moving too. With a passion. We are renting here, and even though our house is in escrow, I'm not about to start looking for a place to buy. Cuz that would mean moving again! :)

Can't wait to see all of your pictures.

Welcome back. You have been working so hard with all that painting.

It's good that you have an acre of land and that mud hole story was so funny.

Enjoy your new home and town.

oh it's so good to hear how you're all doing. I bet you are just exhausted! With all the painting and unpacking! That's scary about Lane chasing horses. Wow, the town is small. I like the way it sounds. That's sounds nice to be out a ways and have an acre. Do you have neighbors close by?

Yay for getting into your house! I think I would need to be near stores, so its nice you can have the best of both worlds.
