Birthday party 2 is over well almost anyway. Emma is having her friend and cousin stay the night. Her cousin is already crashed out on the floor asleep... For dinner I made THESE Southwest Chicken Wraps... Yummy! If you haven't tried making them yet you really SHOULD!!! I promise you'll love them! Add a little sour cream, avocado/guacamole, lettuce and tomato and it's is so yummy!
Then we had the cake! I saw this recipe on this blog! I used a cake mix because I was going for the easy route! It was really good. Joe's favorite part was the frosting and same thing for Lane! It was very good. I would definitely make it again.

and if you ever want to get the perfect cut on your cake this little guy is the best thing ever! The wire is adjustable and makes cutting the layer in half so much easier! Definitely a new favorite kitchen tool for me! Thanks Kelli for telling me about it! :)

the peanut butter cups totally add to the cake, great job. I love our cake slicer thingy too.
Oh, and I dont know if you did or not but you can always cut the top off the top, it makes it harder to frost cuz of all the crumbs but it makes it flat like a bakery. I only do it if its a white cake otherwise you risk the chocolate showing through with all those crumbs. ugg
