I finally remembered to take my camera to Emma's game and by saying "I", I really mean that Joe remembered as I was walking out the door without it AGAIN! He stayed home with the kids since they're all sick and so is he!
So yay I have some pictures for her memory book! This is just beginner stuff and they're really good about teaching the kids even during the game. Scores don't matter and it's just for learning and fun.
Emma's has the piggy tails and gray shorts. On the left of the pictures and lighter blue shirts.

Anytime they have her guarding a boy she gets shy and doesn't feel as comfortable. She's not aggressive in anyway (except with her siblings) so she's had a hard time putting herself out there to go after the ball! I think this has been a really good experience for her in that respect. She's learning!!! :)

Go Emma, go Emma! I always strugled with being agressive during team sports. I get intimidated by those who are more coordinated than me.
She will get better the more she does.
That is so great that they are all about the game and not so much about the scores. She'll soon be so aggressive you wont know what to do with her. That's what happened to my sister anyways.
Way to go Emma! Way to go mom for giving her the opportunity to try it out. Looks like she is having a fun time. A.
I bet its good to do something fun and get the energy out since its probably too cold to go outside in your state! hehe
Good for her! I was always afraid of the damn ball.
I love that! I love watching them get more confident with sports! It starts to show in everything they do! Way to go Emma!!
looks like she is having fun! thanks for posting pics! just no more jammed fingers :)
That's great that she is playing basketball! I was never confident when it came to playing sports.
It looks like there are lots of girls on her team, that's great! We only have one or two girls on my boys teams.
That's great that she's playing basketball! My boys are timid on the court, too. Drives me crazy! I just have to remind myself they are young and before long, I will probably want them to chill out!
