Happy Day!!!!!!! The buyer has signed PAPERS!!! We should get our part of the paper work tomorrow and then we just have to wait for the last and final okay from the lender!!! I'm SOOOO excited. (And I hope my excitement isn't premature cause technically the lender could still deny them even thought they have already been approved. Confusing I KNOW!!!) And maybe someday real soon I'll have something more exciting to talk about than houses.... Like maybe decorating a HOUSE!!! :)

♥ It's ALMOST done...
Happy Day!!!!!!! The buyer has signed PAPERS!!! We should get our part of the paper work tomorrow and then we just have to wait for the last and final okay from the lender!!! I'm SOOOO excited. I think I would have been going totally nuts too! That is insane. I am glad you are seeing some progress now. I am sure being split up as a family is difficult.

What a relief I bet to get it done and over with. That is amazing and what a blessing to have your house on the market for record short time...compared to otheres homes in the area that have been for sale for a year.
