Today I thought I had to work so I showed up ready to go and it turns out I am actually supposed to be there Thurs and Friday not Wed and Thurs. So Joe and I canned 19 quarts of Apple Pie Filling instead.
Here are our 36 pounds of apples!
...and the final project! All day project I might add... I'm just grateful we bought our nifty apple peeler/corer/slicer last year! Love it!
