My little shopping buddy... almost everyday Olivia asks if we can go shopping together!
I finished all of our "free" apple's... We now have 10 quarts of applesauce. Not much after all that work but hopefully worth it! It's amazing how long it takes to hand peel 7 walmart bags of apples! (I still have 40 lbs of apples to finish but I think I'll wait until I get my new corer/peeler/cutter.) Now I'm just crossing my fingers that it gets here quick so I don't have to do them by hand again!
I also canned 11 small jars and 1 quart jar of applebutter.

I love apple butter.... Apple sauce looks yummy too! I just ate and it's making me hungry? How is that possible? sighhhhhh

Yes! You need a Pampered Chef apple peeler/slicer. Best thing I ever bought!
Great job canning! Applebutter sounds soooo good :) You will be so glad you did all that hard work.
